Shipping policy

All orders are dispatched from New Zealand and can take 1-2 days to be processed.

Estimated delivery times provided commence from the date of dispatch and are guidelines only. A dispatch confirmation email displaying your track and trace number will be sent once your order is ready to be collected by the courier.

SHIPPING TO: NEW ZEALAND

Orders within New Zealand are shipped with Courier Post, with authority to leave (no longer signature required).

Timeframe: 2-3 days 

SHIPPING TO: AUSTRALIA

Orders to Australia are shipped with DHL Express, via a signature service.

Price: $15
Timeframe: 3-10 days

SHIPPING TO: REST OF THE WORLD

International orders are shipped with DHL Express, via a signature service.

Price: $25
Timeframe: 4-15 days  

Rural deliveries may take slightly longer. Delivery times quoted are subject to product availability and we will advise you if an order is to be delayed.
