In case you wish to make an exchange for a different size, colour or style, we kindly ask you to reach out to us via email at within 14 days of receiving your order. Upon contacting us, we will promptly provide you with a returns form to facilitate the process. After we have received your returned item, we will process your exchange and keep you informed by email.


We do not accept returns or exchanges for any sale items. However, we do make an exception in cases of faulty items, in which the following policy applies.


Our commitment to delivering high-quality products means that we aim for your order to arrive in perfect condition. Should you encounter any issues with your order or if you are dissatisfied with its condition, please don't hesitate to contact us at We will promptly assess the situation and, if the item is deemed faulty, we will be more than happy to offer a replacement (if available) or a refund. For us to assess the fault and process the return, the item will need to be returned to us. We kindly ask that you contact us to discuss the fault before sending the item back.

Please ensure that items are returned to us within 14 days of the purchase receipt. We kindly remind you to inspect all items upon arrival to ensure that any returns are made within this 14-day timeframe.

  • With the exception of faulty goods, we request customers to bear the cost of postage and packaging
  • We ask that all returned items be in an unworn, unwashed condition and have their original tags and packaging
  • Please note that sale items are generally non-exchangeable and non-refundable. We kindly ask you to make your selections with care
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange or refund items damaged through improper laundering. We strongly recommend following the care label of the garment when laundering
  • For your peace of mind, we recommend using a tracked parcel service and retaining your receipt for this service until the parcel has been received and signed for by us. Please be aware that Piccolo cannot be held liable for any lost parcels
  • Kindly be aware that our fabrics are naturally dyed using vegetable dyes, adding a unique touch to each piece. Subtle variations may occur between fabric runs
